青空の下、「MY RUN 365」の0km地点からのんびりランスタート🏃‍♀️
花や緑、水辺に癒されながら9km地点まで駆け抜けた、信州らしさ満載のご褒美ランです。
Under the bright blue sky, I started a relaxing spring run from the 0km point of “MY RUN 365”.
From flowers and greenery to streams and mountains—this was a truly Shinshu-style healing run up to the 9km point.

今日の信州スカイパークは、空まで元気をくれるような青空。
ここから、自然いっぱいのランニングコースが始まります。
The sky was so uplifting today. This is where the scenic run through nature begins.

🌿 山々に見守られながら、ランスタート Jogging with mountain views

ゆるやかなカーブを曲がるたび、風景が変わっていくのも楽しい。
Each curve of the path brought new views, making every step exciting.

🌼 絵本のような黄色とピンクのバラ園 Storybook-like rose garden

黄色いバラの元気な色、ピンクの優しい香り。走る足を少し止めて深呼吸。
Bright yellow roses and the gentle fragrance of pink ones—time to pause and take a deep breath.

🌸 バラのアーチをくぐる贅沢 Walking under a rose arch

こんな風景に出会えるのも、信州スカイパークならでは。
This charming arch of roses is a unique feature of Shinshu Sky Park.

💜 サルビアとローズの色のハーモニー Salvia & rose color harmony

宿根サルビアのパープルとバラの彩りがとても美しく、時間を忘れそうでした。
The vivid purple salvia and colorful roses created a scene so beautiful, I lost track of time.

🌺 バラ広場で心も満開 In full bloom – roses and heart

自然の彩りは、走る元気をくれるエネルギー。
The vibrant blooms give you the energy to keep running with joy.

日陰に入ると、ふっと体が軽くなるような感覚。風が心地よく通り抜けます。
As I stepped into the shade, I felt instantly refreshed. The breeze flowed gently through the tunnel.

🌳 木漏れ日がきれいなランロード Dappled light on the running path

暑い日でも涼しさを感じられる、お気に入りのコースです。
Even on warmer days, this shaded trail remains a cool and peaceful favorite.

💧 滝の音に癒されて Relaxing sound of waterfalls

水辺に近づいて、少しだけクールダウン。癒やしの時間。
A refreshing break by the stream and waterfall—pure tranquility.

👟 森の中のランナー A lone runner in the forest

木々のざわめきとともに、青いラインが静かに続く道。
まるで森と一体になったような、心落ち着くワンシーン。
A runner quietly follows the blue line, blending into the whispers of the trees. A peaceful moment in motion.
