今日は、信州まつもと空港に隣接する長野県最大の県立都市公園「信州スカイパーク」を一周（約10km）走ってきました！
Hello, I’m Fuku-chan!
Today, I went for a 10-kilometer jog around Shinshu Sky Park, the largest prefectural urban park in Nagano, located next to Shinshu Matsumoto Airport.
春爛漫の桜並木や可愛いチューリップ、青空に映えるやまびこドームなど、
美しい景色に癒されながらのジョギングは、心も体もリフレッシュされる最高の時間でした。
Jogging under full-bloom cherry blossoms, passing cute tulips, and seeing the bright blue sky over the Yamabiko Dome…
It was a perfect way to refresh both my mind and body.
