今年も春の風に包まれて「長野マラソン2025」が開催されました。
On Sunday, April 20th, the “Nagano Marathon 2025” was held once again, wrapped in the gentle spring breeze.
朝早くから、長野オリンピックスタジアム周辺には
続々とランナーたちが集まってきます。
From early morning, runners gathered around the Nagano Olympic Stadium one after another.
「2025 NAGANO」と書かれた白いゲート。
いよいよ、ここから熱いドラマが始まるんだなぁと思うと
見ているだけで胸がいっぱいに。
Seeing the white gate marked “2025 NAGANO,” I felt a surge of emotion—this is where the real stories begin.
🌸 応援の気持ちを込めて
Cheering with all our hearts
お多福さんも、応援旗を振って「がんばれ〜！」と声援を送りました。
Otafuku-san also waved her cheering flag and called out “Ganbare~!” to the runners.
たくさんのランナーが、お多福さんの前を通り過ぎるたびに
笑顔で手を振ってくれて、こちらまで元気をもらいました。
Many runners smiled and waved back at her, sending energy right back to us.
🏟 会場のにぎわい
Lively atmosphere at the venue
会場周辺には、カラフルなウェアに身を包んだランナーたちの姿。
沿道では、大きな声援や太鼓の音も響き、まるでお祭りのよう！
The area was filled with colorfully dressed runners. Cheers and drumbeats echoed along the roads—just like a festival!
「今年は9,000人以上のランナーが参加したそうですよ」と
近くにいたボランティアさんが教えてくれました。
“Over 9,000 runners are participating this year,” said a nearby volunteer.
長野の春の風物詩ですね。
Truly a seasonal tradition here in Nagano.
🏞️ 風景のなかを駆け抜ける
Running through stunning scenery
桜や菜の花、そして残雪の山並み。
信州の春景色を背に、ひたむきに走るランナーたちの姿に
何度も感動がこみあげました。
Cherry blossoms, canola flowers, and snowy mountains—watching the runners stride forward through Shinshu’s spring scenery brought tears to my eyes.
🌸 小さな春も応援団
Even the smallest signs of spring were cheering us on
足元に目を向けると、
桜やつくし、ユキヤナギなど春の植物たちも
まるでランナーを応援しているように咲き誇っていました🌸
Looking down, I noticed cherry blossoms, horsetails, and spirea all blooming as if they were also cheering on the runners. 🌸

最後まで「がんばれ〜！」とエールを送りながら
気づけば、私の声も少しかすれていました（笑）
After cheering “Ganbare~!” for so long, I realized my voice had gotten a bit hoarse (haha).
でも、それ以上に心がぽかぽかとあたたかくなった1日。
今年もこの空の下で、たくさんのドラマに出会えたことに感謝です。
But more than that, my heart was warm. I’m so grateful for the chance to witness so many incredible moments under this spring sky.
